Arch E Week April 4 th -8 th Orgs will be given Volunteer hours for planning an event, depending on how much time and planning is required. Examples of events are: pizza nights, trivia, different sports tournaments, night time social events, daytime food events (faculty breakfast, lunch on knowlton patio, etc.) Priority will be given to orgs that have planned events in the past EVENTS WILL BE FULLY FUNDED BY E COUNCIL Submissions are due a week from today (1/26) If approved, you will be notified next week and will be required to attend a very brief meeting after the next E council meeting (2/2) ONLY SUBMIT EVENTS THAT YOU ARE POSITIVE YOU CAN PLAN. Ask Erin or Travis if you have any questions!
