Ethanol Fueled Maserati By: Dan and Samira

Why Ethanol? - Ethanol is a vast resource as it comes from corn and sugar cane. - By switching to ethanol it directly benefits agriculture where oil would not. - While it is pricey now it would become cheaper because it is 100% renewable, and enough to supply the world.

How does ethanol work? Made from crops with large amounts of sugar like starch or cellulose. Almost like alcohol, same process of distillation Turns to a liquid that can be pumped Not much different then gas, other than the makeup

How does it save energy? Saves resources Easy to produce/ create Gets more miles to the gallon (m.p.g.)
