 Dress modest, conservative, specific dress requirements for men and women, what visitors should wear to social functions, and more on Germany business culture.

 Welcome and unwelcome topics of conversation, the role of compliments, the tone of voice to be used, whether your hosts are physical or more reserved, and more on Germany business etiquette.

 Germany has 107 cu km of renewable water resources.  Which 86% are used for industrial purposes.  By 1994, 50% of Germany's forests had been damaged by acid rain.  Germany produces about 21.5 million tons of solid wastes and 15,659 tons of hazardous waste materials per year.

 In 1990 the German democratic republic joined the capitalism.  Today, German people don't really know about their political situation. The USA is doing a camouflage dictatorship here and nearly all people believe, that they are living in a sovereign country with a sovereign government.

 The Judiciary of Germany is independent of the executive and the legislative branches. Germany has a civil or statute law that is based on Roman Law with some references to Germanic Law.  For civil and criminal cases, the highest court of appeal is the Federal Court of Justice.

 The German penal system is aimed towards rehabilitation of the criminal; its secondary goal is the protection of the general public.  To achieve the latter, a convicted criminal can be put in preventive detention in addition to the regular sentence if he is considered to be a threat to the general public

 Vendors have been obliged to take back plastic and glass bottles for beverages since May  Bottles handled by the system bear its tag showing two bottles and a revolving arrow.  Only certified producers are allowed to print this tag, smaller quantities can be fitted with a sticker bearing the tag.
