MISSION-DRIVER Effective coach helps to discover everyone’s purpose Effective coach stand for something and has a sense of direction. Beliefs and convictions provide the boundaries and direction that people want and need in order to perform well. Like a river banks, a good coach provides the direction and concentration. Beliefs are what make things happen. Make sure everyone knows what the target is. If you want to hit a target you should aim for the bull’s eye. Performance at the highest level should be the ultimate goal for every team

STANDARD PERFORMANCE MAXIMIZER Effective coach set increasingly higher standard of performance. Effective coach help their teams achieve practice perfection. Excellence is not an act, is a habit. It is not enough to stare up the steps – we must step up the stairs. Perfection happens only when the mechanics are automatic Practice does not make perfect. Perfect practice makes perfect

ACTION MOTIVATOR Effective coach shows great passion, enthusiasm and determination Great coach ignites the spark of the team’s chemistry Effective coach is a great communicator and motivator Only action can make things happen. Only action leads to performance. You make a decision, you take action, you look at the result, and you learn. Persistence leads to success in time

CHARACTER BUILDER  Effective coach has high integrity and is clear and straightforward in his interactions with others.  You always show a positive and winning attitude  Great coach shows personal humility  I don’t know any other way to lead but by example.

SPIRITUAL GUIDE  Effective coach has a habit of giving.  Effective coach always has regular time out to observe and listen to his/her heart.  Great coach always shows gratitude in any aspect of his/her life.  Acceptance and piece of mind will always guide you in any troubles or crisis.

The real difference in coaching is about believing in someone and then taking action to help that person be his or her very best. Ken Blanchard and Don Shula
