Bled March 24 th Why A need for a transparent quality procedure for non- formal learning providers – further development of the ALL project Quality assurance requires a regular review for further development and improvement. Goals To enhance quality in Lifelong Learning through the development of a European Quality mark (EQM) to accredit non-formal learning providers To disseminate and strengthen the EQM Main focus of RECALL
