We know a lot about mammals.

Mammals have hair or fur.

Mammals are warm-blooded. Their body temperature stays the same, unless they are sick.

Mammals have babies born alive and not from eggs…

…except these two mammals~ Spiny Anteater or EchidnaDuckbill Platypus They lay eggs.

Mammal babies drink their mother’s milk.

We are mammals, too!

Some mammals eat meat. They are called carnivores.

Some mammals eat plants. They are called herbivores.

Some mammals eat plants and meat. They are called omnivores.
