How To Create Good Business Habits…. WHEN WILL YOU MAKE YOUR GOALS HAPPEN?

The Most Important Thing You Can Do As A New Direct Seller Is… Establish Good Habit Patterns. Here Are 5 Steps To Establishing Good Business Habits…

Step #1 Create A Schedule GO THROUGH YOUR CALENDAR AND ACTUALLY PENCIL IN THE TIMES YOU WILL: WORK YOUR BUSINESS HOLD PARTIES SPEND TIME WITH YOUR FAMILY TIME FOR YOURSELF

Step #2: Consistently Treat Your Business Like A Business No Matter How Successful We Are With Our Businesses, We Will Always Have Postponements And Cancellations…. When A Show Cancels, Do Not Consider It A Night Off. Instead, Pick Up The Phone And Replace Your Lost Show With Two More: One To Replace The One You Lost And One For Insurance.

Step #3: Implement The Power Hour System Four 15 Minute Topics: Booking Lead Calls: I Am Going To Spend 15 Minutes A Day On Making Booking Lead Calls…No Matter What. Recruiting Lead Calls: I Am Going To Spend 15 Minutes A Day On Making Recruiting Lead Calls…No Matter What. Customer Care Calls: I Am Going To Spend 15 Minutes A Day On Making Customer Care Calls…No Matter What. Hostess Coaching Calls: I Am Going To Spend 15 Minutes A Day On Making Hostess Coaching Calls…No Matter What. Who Are The Leads That I Need To Call? Booking Lead Calls: Past Hostesses/Clients, 100 People I Know, Maybe Later List, People You Met While Out & About. Recruiting Lead Calls: Ladies Who You Gave Interest Packets To, Leads You Met While You Were Out, 3 rd Party Referrals. Customer Care Calls: At Minimum, Your Past Hostesses & VIP Clients. Hostess Coaching Calls: She Is The Reason You Are In Business Help Her Have A Rocking Party To Thank Her. How Do I Keep Track Of My Calls? Dividing Your Call Lists Into Folders Will Keep You Organized And Able To Focus On The Task At Hand. Color Code Folders Or Just Use Vanilla Colored…Booking Leads (Blue), Recruiting Lead (Red), Customer Care (Green) And Hostess Coaching (Yellow) Left Side Of Folder: An On Going List Of Names & Numbers Of The Leads That You Need To Call. Right Side Of Folder: Your Actual Daily Worksheet. Prioritizing Who You Are Going To Call Today.

Step #4: Find Balance Between Work And Family DECIDE WHEN YOU'RE GOING TO WORK, LET YOUR FAMILY KNOW, AND THEN STICK TO YOUR COMMITMENT TO THEM. MAKE SURE YOUR FAMILY UNDERSTANDS THE IMPORTANCE OF WHY YOU ARE WORKING YOUR BUSINESS. FIND SOMETHING TO ENTERTAIN YOU KID WHILE YOU ARE MAKING YOUR CALLS. GET YOUR FAMILY INVOLVED IN THE MISSION. SET A TIMER FOR YOUR WORK AND THEN GIVE YOUR FAMILY YOUR FULL ATTENTION.

Step #5: Remember This… Committed People Are Tough! They Would Rather Fight Than Give Up! Committed Direct Sellers Are On The Phone Making Calls To Generate New Business. Committed Direct Sellers Understand The Need To Work The Business EVERY DAY, Not Just When It Strikes Them. They Schedule Business Building Activities Into Their Calendar Instead Of Just Waiting To See If There Is Time To Work The Business Today, Tomorrow, This Week Or This Month. Committed Direct Sellers Treat Their Business Like A Job And Commit To "Go To Work Every Day." It's Not Always Easy To Be Committed But It Is Always Rewarding.
