Are You Down With OPP? How To Be An Organized Party Professionista!

Let’s Talk About The 7 Deadly Sins Of Hostess Coaching… 1. Book a party and do not communicate with the hostess until the day before or day of the party 2. Assume Our Hostess Knows What To Do …… She may have not ever hosted before. Even if she has, it was not with you. Guide her 3. Not Knowing Why She Is Hosting …. Top 3 Reasons people book parties: #3 Had fun with you (you sold yourself) …Chris Cicchinelli always says: You are not just doing another party, you are auditioning for your next party AKA your next paycheck. If you have 10 guests then you have 10 new job opportunities. #2 To help the hostess out…women like to help other women. #1 Free/discounted product …This is why it is so important that we get a wishlist from our hostesses so she knows what she is working towards 4. Rely on only 1 form of communication….College girls don’t even know that there phone makes calls, but must make it clear that you will need to chat on the phone 2 times 5. Allow hostess to run your business…we are responsible for guiding her and not letting her have complete control of the way we run our business. 6. Make it all about you….we all want to make money, but she is inviting you into her home and without hostesses we would not be in business. 7. Assume what you see is what you get with the head count: * Anytime the headcount/RSVP is suffering, we have to get on the phone. Smiley faces and ! are not enough * Prepare your hostess to know that people decide at the last minute if they are going to come. If not, this is about the time that she starts to panic and get discourage because you are calling her a few days before the party asking for a headcount. Work with your hostess and she can double and even triple her headcount 24 hours before. * Chain Game (No Need To Cancel)- Call those 4 people and tell them the person that brings the MOST friends will get a free gift! When they all bring at least 3 people, they will all get something for free!”

Log Into Your COO Click On Training Center>Online Party Planning>Visit Online Party Planning Guide Here Step #1

Step #2 AFTER SHE CHOOSES A PARTY DATE, GIVE HER… GUESTS IN 40 MINUTES TO HELP HER BRAINSTORM & TO NOT PRE-JUDGE **Help Her Understand The Math: About ½ Will Say Yes & 3-5 Will Have To Cancel Last Minute 2. PARTY KICK OFF FORM TO LET HER KNOW THAT YOU ARE GOING TO BE PARTNERS FOR THE NIGHT TO HELP HER REACH HER PARTY GOALS ** Ask Hostess To Send You A Picture Of The Form Filled Out (Offer Incentive) 3. Schedule First Phone Call & Send Party Details

Step #3 First Hostess Phone Call FOLLOWING UP A DAY OR TWO AFTER THE PARTY IS BOOKED WILL HELP YOUR HOSTESS KEEP HER EXCITEMENT HIGH AND LET YOU START PLANNING THE PARTY OF THE CENTURY! FYI: AN ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE Every interaction with your hostess should end with a thank-you for booking the party. Let her know you appreciate her business!

Step #4 SPREAD THE WORD, YO! MIX AND MATCH! Everyone has a preferred form of communication! Top Consultants use at least 2 or 3 different methods to reach out to party guests.

Step #5 Final Hostess Phone Call One or two days before the party, get your hostess on the phone one last time to get a final headcount, check on directions and parking at the party, and confirm that the household’s men and children have somewhere else to be!

We all know there is nothing worse than having our Hostess cancel her date at the last minute. This is like your boss saying we don’t need you today & you’re not getting paid. Show Your Hostess Appreciation For Inviting You Into Their Home AND Take Back Control Of Your Paychecks! There is literally step by step, DONE FOR YOU, resources & guides available on this Party Planning Guide! Woohoo! If your next question is, “how will I organize and keep track my party planning?” The Answer: PRINT PLENTY OF PARTY PLANNING CHECKLISTS What To Do If You Hit A Road Block? It would be great if the party planning process always went smoothly, but unfortunately that’s not always the case. Be sure to check out the Trouble Shooting Guide to review a few situations you may encounter during the party planning process, and some ideas for dealing with them.
