IDX Pricing Change - Free On January 1, 2016 IDX Annual Subscriptions will be a Free Member Benefit We are excited to announce that our new IDX platform will soon be in place, bringing our members two major benefits: 1.IDX annual subscriptions renewing in 2016 will be free for all MLS subscribers, removing the current fees. 2.Pricing for IDX vendors will be lower and more competitive, which will attract new vendors and service providers for subscribers to choose from.

Photo Upload Best Practices We have created a one page info sheet on our new photo handler that details how members can ensure that their photos looks clean and sharp on the MLS. It can be downloaded on MLS news at goo.gl/6b8eRG.goo.gl/6b8eRG

iOS Mobile App Updates We released three updates to our iOS Mobile App: 1.‘Nearby Me’ now populates the entire screen with listings as you scroll and search. 2.A new ‘locator’ button appears at the bottom of your screen as you search that will take you back to your current location. 3.Menus were updates to show ‘Active’ and ‘Residential’ first on your lists.

New ‘My Listings’ Page Your digital business card inside of the MLS now includes a link to your new listings page that showcases all of your active listings on the MLS.

Coming Soon - Client/Consumer Sign Up on All Mobile Apps Did you know that we have aver 260,000 active consumer accounts on UtahRealEstate.com? In our upcoming mobile update on both iOS and Android, consumers (and clients) will be able to register for a UtahRealEstate.com account directly from the mobile app. This gives them an easy way to save favorites, create showing lists, and connect with you.
