Italy’s version of the Cinderella story  Once upon a time there was a stepmother, a father, two stepdaughters and one daughter named Cinderella.  Now Cinderella’s mother had died and her father remarried with another women with two daughters.  The step sisters always treated Cinderella bad and they never let her fit in

CINDERELLA  So there was a ball coming up and Cinderella’s family was invited.  The stepmother said that the girl was to ugly and dirty to go  But Cinderella really wanted to go so she tried to make a deal with the stepmother that if she cleaned up all the dishes in a half hour she could go

Cinderella  Cinderella had finished the dishes in a half hour and went back and told the stepmother  The stepmother said she could go to the ball and the ball was in three days and the stepmother once again said that she was ugly and dirty

Cinderella  So day two had came and Cinderella had checked with the stepmother to see if she could still be able to go  The stepmother was so mean that she told Cinderella that she could not go and once again the stepmother said that she was dirty and ugly

Cinderella  Cinderella was so sad to hear that so she went into the corner and started to cry  After that she went to her room  Day three came and the family went and left Cinderella in her room and she did not know that the family had left

Cinderella  Cinderella started to cry again and a fairy came out of the clear blue sky  At first Cinderella was scared but the fairy put Cinderella to sleep and when she woke up she was dressed in a beautiful dress with golden slippers on  She was so happy that she was at the ball  Just before the ball was over the Prince of the kingdom saw Cinderella and wanted her to be his wife

Cinderella  The king married Cinderella and they lived happily ever after in the kingdom  After a few years the father, stepmother, and the two stepdaughters had got crushed by raining cinderblocks
