What food do people in Russia eat? Most Russians enjoy pork with potatoes. They also enjoy beets home made schi and Soyinka. Russians eat bread corn tea fruits and vegies. They also eat rice soy and sugar beets. They will also eat borscht pelmeni and Kokoschka and cake.
