The Nexus: Human Behavior Human behavior is central to the Nexus of Forces: Devices, app ecosystems and access to data lead to increasingly sophisticated behavior. The behavior, in turn, causes the further evolution of the Nexus itself.

The Nexus: IT Profession The hyperflexible nature of the Nexus of Forces makes traditional IT delivery and architecture increasingly obsolete, and therefore places stress on the IT workforce and skill set.
