Find a capable group of individuals to run your campaign. 3. Analyze and target voters - do your research. 4. Develop a campaign message, slogan, etc. Make it memorable! 5. Develop a voter contact plan, fundraising plan, website, get petitions signed and delivered on time, etc. 6. Prepare for debates, shake a lot of hands, kiss a lot of babies, etc.
