MedicsPortal  A feature of Advanced Data Systems Corporation utilizing the internet.  Patients are able to fill out paperwork ahead of time through surveys and questionnaires online.  Eliminates time consuming paper work normally required in waiting rooms of offices.

MedicsRx-EsPrescribing  A feature of MDA is called MedicsRx  MedicsRx allows physicians to send electronic prescriptions to the patients desired pharmacy.  Eliminating the need to bring paper prescriptions to the pharmacy in person.

ADS Medics On-Call  Doctors also have access to patient information via cell phone using an app known as Medics On-Call.  Appointments can be made or changed per patient.  Diagnoses can be posted  Referring physicians can be looked up 

Job Positions & Requirements EHR & PM Software Trainer  Reports to the Training Manager, conducts EHR & PM implementation & training activities, assists ADS providers in the adoption and maintenance of electronic health records, radiology, and practice management systems.

EHR & PM Software Trainer continued Basic Qualifications  Experience managing the implementation of and training for EHR systems and possess excellent interpersonal and writing skills  Proficient in all ADS software at completion of initial training  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience  Minimum 1-3 years experience in Healthcare industry, preferably in training/implementation of PM or EMR systems

Job Positions & Requirements Inside Sales/New Business  Identifies prospects interested in solutions suite, with particular emphasis on electronic health records (EHR) system.  Speaks comfortably with physicians and/or practice administrators about systems, engages them in the advantages of implementing in the company's EHR, and schedules an appointments.
