The Future Leaders Council specific responsibilities  Assist in generating awareness about YWCA Metropolitan Chicago.  Fundraising  Nominate candidates for Leader Luncheon Promise Award.  Plan and execute Rock Away Racism concert.  Support YWCA’s Economic Empowerment program through fundraising and volunteering

The Future Leaders Council membership requirements  Attend racial justice training.  Serve a 2-year term, renewable once.  Attend 2/3 of meetings in a fiscal year.  Serve on a standing committee and attend 3/4 of committee meetings.  Personally donate a minimum of $250* and raise an additional $750 each fiscal year. *Required $125 contribution at sign-up, which goes toward your personal “give” of $250.
