GHA911 Enhancements Batch uploading of calendar items Via use of spreadsheet template Allows uploading of many events at once Document linking Links can now be provided to files in password protected areas of site After user enters GHA911 username and password, document download begins

Implementation Schedule These new features will be implemented during the week of Aug. 20 th Training will begin online on July 30 th Daily online training sessions during the week of Aug. 13 th Additional online sessions will follow Additional training will be provided at region meetings and at individual facilities (by appointment)

Linked Accounts

Search for and select your other accounts, then confirm the link

Linked Accounts Log into your other accounts and confirm the link

Linked Accounts You will then be able to log into one account and toggle between it and your other accounts using a pull down menu

Regional Maps A map with clickable regions will allow you to navigate to regional pages. Region maps are available for all the organization types shown in the pull down menu

Regional Organization Lists Accessed by clicking map regions as shown on previous slide

Organization Key Contacts Contact information can be accessed by clicking the organization name as shown on previous slide

Updated Key Contact List Add up to three custom contacts

Updated Key Contact List Enter title and select user from pull down list

Calendar Items - Batch Uploads

Download and fill in the template (shown on the next slide) then save and choose the file, and upload to the calendar
