Why a decent home really matters Affordable housing/ housing choice is about supply, support and services; Cannot underestimate the importance of housing to thriving communities; Our customers need us now more than ever

Trends in the Waiting List To address future need and address the backlog around 2,000 units of new social housing required each year.

Social Housing Target for 2015 is 6,000 and Current Position

Progress in 2014/15 On track to deliver 2,000 units in 2014/15. Planning risks in a number of large schemes Challenge to achieve the same level of land acquisition as in 2013/14
