College Writing Objectives “A more sophisticated writing process - including invention, peer responding, revising and editing - that results in a clear, effective, well edited public piece” I feel like this project really did help me realize how many steps go into writing well. “A more sophisticated understanding of the relationship of purpose, audience, and voice, and an awareness that writing expectations and conventions vary within the academy and in professional and public discourse.” A major focus of the project was how to write for the intended audience. Since my audience was the College Writing class I kept my writing clear and simple. “A more sophisticated writing process - including invention, peer responding, revising and editing - that results in a clear, effective, well edited public piece” I feel like this project really did help me realize how many steps go into writing well. “A more sophisticated understanding of the relationship of purpose, audience, and voice, and an awareness that writing expectations and conventions vary within the academy and in professional and public discourse.” A major focus of the project was how to write for the intended audience.
