ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

DUTIES/ROLE: An asst. Mgr. will be the right hand of the store manager. Will help with training off all employees. Run the sales floor smoothly for when manger isn’t around. Will deal with customers and customer complaints. Will be a role model for all employees to fallow. Keep up with making sale goals for the store and make sure customer will continue to want to shop back at there store. And just be able display a good image of there store. EDUCATION LEVEL REQUIREMENTS: To be an assistant manager all you will need is a high school degree and a couple years of experience in retail. You may be hired right away as an assistant manager but you must have an associate’s degree or higher level of education. ABILITIES/ PERSONAL QUALITIES: Must be able to work under pressure. Be able to handle customer's problems in the best possible manner. Strong verbal communication skills. Must have confidence and be able to posses strong communication skills.

SALARY: Annually depending on the company you are assistant managing for you can make up to $45,000 a year. Some retailer's pay from $13-$20 an hour LOCATION/AVAILABILITY You can be an assistant manager in any retail location but all it takes is experience in sales within the company and by knowing they have opening positions. Mostly new opening retail stores are looking for assistant managers and employees.
