Access information will be distributed to each bidder prior to the live auction.  We will not be communicating via phone except in the event of an emergency. 16 Points of Emphasis & End of Auction Rules 16  In the SCO Descending Clock Auction you can bid on the maximum number of tranches COH approved for you (1-4), but your bid in any given round cannot exceed your bid in the previous round.  Only one final bid should be posted in each round of the SCO Descending Clock Auction. If you would like to change your bid before the active round ends, please cancel your current bid and bid again.  For all other bidder engagement rules please refer to the SCO Auction Rules provided by Columbia Gas of Ohio.

17 Points of Emphasis 17  If you are dropping out of the auction, you must enter an offer of zero tranches during that round.  You cannot bid on partial tranches. For these auctions you are entering the number of tranches you are willing to supply at the target price.  You cannot submit an offer for more tranches than you submitted in the previous round EXCEPT in closing round circumstances.  Do not wait until the last moment to submit your offer – there is no competitive advantage for waiting.  Please ensure that your backup contact has your log in information.  The server time rules – not your computer or the WebEx Webinar system.  Any time-out requests must be made before the final minute of each round.  Log in early on auction day to The first round will open for viewing one hour prior to the auction. Log on to the WebEx Webinar system to enter the chat for COH.

19 Columbia Gas of Ohio Mock Auction 19  We are now entering the Mock Auction portion of today’s session. Please logon to the EnerNOC Demonstration Platform ( ) with the practice session username and passwords distributed by EnerNOC.  We will be conducting two 5 minute Mock Auction rounds with 5 minute reporting periods (10 minutes during the Live Auction). We recommend that both primary and secondary points of contacts familiarize themselves with the bidding process. Participation in Round 1 is mandatory.
