How to Create Book Trailers with Audio Blocks and Windows Movie Maker Updated 2016

All of your pictures and audio files will be downloaded to this folder Create a folder for your work in your “My Documents” Call it Book trailer You will save your final copy on the collaborative drive.

You can find pictures at Google images or Bing Where will you find your pictures for the Book Trailers? Right click, save picture as, and save it to your book trailer folder

You will be able to download music and sound effects at this site: Where can you find music? A link for Audio/Video Blocks is on your desktop.

You can search for many types of music:

How will you download the music? Download as mps

Click on the MP3 format and Save as and save it to your book trailer folder

Did you get an error screen like this?! Close the whole webpage and open it again. It may happen a few times.

You will be creating your trailer using Windows Movie Maker (You can find it in accessories & utilities in your program’s folder

Add your photos (remember you saved in your booktrailer folder) Create title slides and credits transitions

Add a text box by clicking caption. You can only add ONE per page. Does your text go on to a second slide? It’s too big. Shrink the text size.

Add Music. You must first have picutres.

Fit to Music- it will space the music to fit your pictures.

Click music tools and you can change the length of a song.
