0 This is my opinion is great. I think this for a couple reasons. 0 The traffic from the mall would attract customers to come play or take interest 0 The old Canadian tire building would be a prime location for an indoor arena 0 With such a busy street It would attract a lot of attention

I think this for a couple reasons. 0 The traffic from the high way and Wal-Mart would attract customers to come play or take interest 0 The Canadian tire would draw a lot of business especially if we had a joint deal with them on guns. 0 With such a busy street It would attract a lot of attention

King and Ontario

0 This is my opinion is great. I think this for a couple reasons. 0 The traffic from the hospital and park would attract customers to come play or take interest 0 The blue star would draw a lot of business especially if we had a joint deal with them 0 With such a busy street It would attract a lot of attention

South Pelham & Thorold

0 This location wouldn’t work very well for a couple reasons… 0 There isn't a lot of room to put an arena or field. 0 There are a lot of cars travelling down that road but they are mainly going to Sobeys or Shoppers. 0 There are a lot of residential houses in the area which could affect the legality and integrity of the course.

Main and King

0 This location wouldn’t work very well for a couple reasons… 0 There isn't a lot of room to put an arena or field. 0 There are a lot of cars travelling down that road but business’s don’t always do well here because the road is a one way street. 0 With all the buildings and streets around there is just no room.

Prince Charles and Thorold

0 This location wouldn’t work very well for a couple reasons… 0 There isn't a lot of room to put an arena or field. 0 There are a lot of cars travelling down that road but they are mainly going to Tims or Macs. 0 There are a lot of residential houses in the area which could affect the legality and integrity of the course.

Lincoln and King

0 This location wouldn’t work very well for a couple reasons… 0 There isn't a lot of room to put an arena or field. 0 There are a lot of cars travelling down that road but business’s don’t always do well here. 0 With all the buildings and streets around there is just no room.

Prince Charles and Fitch

Especially with the school

Prince Charles and Lincoln

0 This location wouldn’t work very well for a couple reasons… 0 There isn't a lot of room to put an arena or field. 0 There are a lot of cars travelling down that road but business’s don’t always do well here. 0 With all the buildings and streets around there is just no room. Especially with the canal.

Why Did I Choose It? 0 I chose Niagara And Woodlawn because the Canadian Tire Building would provide a perfect arena for indoor paintball. 0 The mall would bring in tons of business as would the old Canadian tire gas bar. 0 There is tons of parking and lots of other businesses around it

Would Price Change Anything? 0 An outdoor arena would cost much less. No electricity costs, no building costs, and it would cost less to run 0 However Security wouldn’t be as good, we couldn’t stay open as long, weather would affect us, and it would be very dirty. 0 Overall if price played a factor I wouldn’t change my decision because I would make more long term.
