NACADA Consultant and Speaker Service Providing External Consultants Providing Speakers

Providing External Consultants A team of external consultants from NACADA may: Provide a comprehensive and in-depth evaluation. Conduct an on-site study of the advising program. Provide both an oral and written report. Discuss strengths Evaluate challenges Provide recommendations for improvement Work with teams, committees, task forces within organizations to develop implementation plans, research, proposals or activities.

Providing Speakers Speakers may conduct advisor development workshops on a variety of topics for: Administrators faculty advisors professional advisors peer advisors student groups They may deliver specialized training for faculty advisors Speakers may also facilitate sessions to help advising managers brainstorm for new ideas Institutions may request speeches or workshops in Arabic language NACADA Speakers for institutional conferences or seminars. They may help institutions design trainings that target specific skills such as academic advisor customer service skills
