A simple four block approach can be used to determine which project charters will be developed first. Once the Project Charters have been completed and submitted for approval by the Functional Steering Committee and the Executive Steering Committee, a ‘filtering’ approach will be used to determine which projects to accomplish first. This approach will prioritize projects based on agreed upon weighted factors.
