Use Time Zones Zone 1Zone 2 Zone 3 Teaching/Meetings You cannot change this This is the time you need to plan Work out how much you have each day Family/Leisure time Plan when you will stop work

Zone 2 time zone Prioritise your daily and weekly To-do List A = Must happen today/this week Consequence of not doing it are big B = Should happen today/this week Consequences not so severe but will improve quality over time C = Nice if it is done today/this week No immediate consequence D = Delegate it If someone else can do it/your expertise not required E = It shouldn’t be on your list This is a distraction not linked to goals at all Avoid doing little tasks that make you feel good but are not important Estimate how long each task will take Plan when you will do each task on your to-do list You should not do a ‘B’ or a ‘C’ task when there is an A task.
