My Science Portfolio By Katie 6th grade Hanscom middle school

(Insert Picture of Yourself)  This is a portfolio all about me in science class.  I made this portfolio so I can look back and see what I did in science.  The purpose of this portfolio is to display my work!

All about Me Science Notes Science Labs My Achievement Science Glossary SMART Goals Welcome to my grade six science portfolio. Click on the buttons to see what I’ve accomplished.

All About Me  I am interested in my hobbies  Crafts,sewing, skiing  I live with my mom, dad (who is in the Air Force), my brother and my dog Paco

Science Lab Scan in a cell drawing that you have done. Make sure it demonstrates your best effort. This shows that I can do well in a science lab which is very important in science.

Science Notes This shows that I can take good notes which is an important skill.

Science Glossary I got a 4 on this because I worked really hard and met all the 4 criteria.

My Achievement This year it is important to assume responsibility for my own learning. I have done this by doing these specific things: 1. Studying flashcards 2. listening in class 3.Keeping organized

SMART GOALS This year it is important to set goals for continuous improvement as a learner. Here are my goals: 1. I will turn in all my homework by March 16th. I will check the web site to achieve this goal. 2. I will get good grades on tests by March 16th I will study to achieve this goal. 3. I will raise my grade in science by March 16th. I will study, do my home work and listen to achieve this goal.
