Where It All Began… Quaid-e-Azam was the founder and first governor-general. He was born on December 25, 1876. He died on September 11, 1948.

Quick Facts Pakistan has a population of 170.6 million. It is located in Southeast Asia. Pakistan has the seventh largest standing armed forces and is the only Muslim-majority nation to posess nuclear weapons.

National Tree Cedrus Deodara is a species of cedar. It is a large evergreen coniferous tree reaching 40–50 m tall. It has a conic crown with level branches and drooping branches.
