Marriage is a civil affair and does not need religious services All you need is the intent to take the other person as your spouse and a license Marriage is about closeness and companionship of two people Many married couples decide not to have children Right to marry is upheld even when conceiving a child would be impossible One's fitness to raise children is not and never has been a consideration in getting a marriage license many states allow same-sex couples to adopt children... so why not marriage to each other?

I am against same-sex marriage. We were made for the purpose of opposite sex marriage. It is not right in my opinion. I think of it as unnatural.
