As we upgrade from ImageNow 6.1 to ImageNow 6.3, there are some changes to the interface that the end-users will see. These slides cover changes to the Toolbar options and settings.

● Applets are now called Applications ● There is a new feature called Tasks ● There is a new icon for the Capture button ImageNow 6.1 ImageNow 6.3

●Current ImageNow (v 6.1) options are set in 3 locations >ImageNow toolbar – Settings menu >ImageNow Explorer (queue and search windows) – File menu >ImageNow Viewer (document window) – File menu ●Available options vary depending on location and permissions

●New ImageNow (v 6.3) options are accessible from the Toolbar Settings menu or the ImageNow Explorer File menu – but the interface is the same in both locations ●Navigate to available options via icons in the left navigation pane

There are no changes to Batches options and functionality ImageNow 6.3ImageNow 6.1

● Grid Appearance options haven’t changed but the Workflow Grid option has moved ● Double click on an option rather than select from drop down menus ImageNow 6.3 ImageNow 6.1

● ImageNow 6.1 General options are located on the ImageNow Toolbar ● ImageNow 6.3 General options have been split into Global options and Toolbar options Note: Toolbar options are described on an upcoming slide ImageNow 6.3ImageNow 6.1

ImageNow 6.3 Search option changes > While the ability to search is still available, a new feature called Views allows for pre- defined searches. Views must be configured by the Imaging Team but can be filtered by users. > The Default time constraint is set through a View and is no longer used in searches > The Maximum number of results is set through a View ImageNow 6.3 ImageNow 6.1

● ImageNow the available options for changing the way the Toolbar displayed are on the General tab ● ImageNow these options are now accessible from the Toolbar icon’s General tab ImageNow 6.3 ImageNow 6.1

In ImageNow 6.3, Defaults options have the same functionality as in 6.1. However, a new setting allows the user to set the default action that occurs as soon a user logs in. ImageNow 6.3 ImageNow 6.1

In ImageNow 6.3, Message Center options have the same functionality as in 6.1. ImageNow 6.3 ImageNow 6.1

In ImageNow 6.3, the choose color for Items previously in a queue option is accessible via the Workflow icon. In ImageNow 6.1, this option is accessible via the Toolbar - Settings Menu. ImageNow 6.3 ImageNow 6.1

In ImageNow 6.3, the column headings option only sets column headings for workflow queues. Column headings within the search window are defined when a view is created. In the current version of ImageNow, column headings must be changed manually. In the new version, column headings change automatically depending upon the view selected. ImageNow 6.3 ImageNow 6.1
