3 Project mandate Processing of applications during pre-registration phase Payment & delivery of STB equipment Processing of Installation payouts Exchange of Equipment (Reverse distribution) Ordering, ware-housing & distribution of STB equipment Display and distribution of STB Marketing material at SAPO outlets Issue of an application receipt to qualifying & non-qualifying applicant Reflect the following on receipt: Personal details; Subsidized and non- subsidized amount payable; STB type; sequential distribution number Reflect reason codes on non-qualifying applicant`s receipt Suppliers to package STB equipment according to SAPO`s operational requirements Orders to be aligned to pre-registration results All ware-house orders to be processed via USAASA and to be delivered by Suppliers to SAPO`s assigned ware-houses All branch stock to be distributed via CFG (Centralized ordering) process Sent SMS/letter notification to applicant for collection of STB equipment Process payment for non-subsidized amount Reflect the following detail on payment receipt: Detail of applicant; paid amount; Installers contact detail; Installation directions; serial number of STB equipment; warrantee period Handover STB equipment with Installation voucher and receipt to applicant Verify Applicants and Installers detail on completed Installation voucher with detail on system Process Installation and issue receipt to Installer, which reflects the number and type of installations successfully completed and payment amount. Arrange for EFT payment into Installer`s bank account. Applicant to contact DTT Call Centre for all STB equipment changes/replacements during the guarantee period DTT Call Centre to issue authority number for all STB equipment exchanges SAPO to arrange for exchange of STB equipment against authority number
