The Grace of Giving 2 Corinthians 8:9; 9:8

How we deal with money is a measure of our spirituality.

1. The Premise of God’s Promise (2 Cor. 8:9)

2. The Power of God’s Promise (2 Cor. 9:8)

We give not according to our ability, but according to God’s ability.

God’s ability is unqualified, unlimited and unchanging.

3. The Potential of God’s Promise (2 Cor. 8:9)

“All grace” applies to all of life.

4. The Proportion of God’s Promise (2 Cor. 8:9)

5. The Provision of God’s Promise (2 Cor. 8:9)

The biggest issue in our life this morning is how we view God.

6. The Purpose of God’s Promise (2 Cor. 9:8)

It is not the size of the gift but the sacrifice of the gift that Jesus notices and commends.

What we spend, we lose. What we keep, we leave for others. What we give away, we enjoy forever.
