Please note : it is likely that in this design screenshot there is a slightly different font from the final solution and when screenshots from our testing become available they will be communicated. IPT will cover the required testing for this change to the extranet.

If adhered to, it should reduce the chances of Service Orders being completed prior to cancellation but, it is not guaranteed to prevent all occurrences, as it is dependent on manual updates with no system changes
