Camels

 Camels have big hooves that are good for climbing.  They can go for more than a week without food.  Camels weigh pounds.  If camels have two humps, the weigh about 70 pounds.  They can go long distance’s without using a lot of energy.  They can survive in temperatures above 120 degrees F and -22 degrees F  They are very strong and can carry large objects

 That camels have been used in Saudi Arabia since 18 B.C.E.  That some camels can walk 40 to 50 miles a day.  That nowhere else in the world is more associated with camels then Saudi Arabia  The average life span of a camel is years.  That in Saudi Arabia there are 161 words for camel.  That camels have very hard skin on their knees for resting.
