Collaboration Entry – Teachers are paired/partnered with common planning time Adoption – School bulletin board for resource sharing (virtual or physical) Adaptation – Cross Curricular projects – silo erosion Infusion – Designated physical space for collaborative work Transformation – Global partnerships to promote student success
