My EXACT Time Management Blueprint That Allows Me to Accomplish So Much in So little time

Organization is the Key! 1. Make two lists (Offline/Online) 2. Write Down Everything you do on the appropriate list. 3. Keuilian Method Everything First!!! 4. After 5% Rule, divide each list into 3 separate lists (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) 5. When lists are filled out, go to gmail calendar and set up Two Calendars (online and offline) 6. Setup reminders of when to do each task for each calendar and set reoccurring events up according to daily, weekly, monthly reminders.

Things to Note 1. Know your times of productivity (magic times) - Me = Morning is online, Afternoon = Offline 2. Get in a habit of looking at Gmail Calendar Daily 3. Plan daily things to do around the calendar items. Don’t fall behind your calendar tasks.
