The U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Postsecondary Education FIPSE Fund for the Improvement of Postsecondary Education Governor’s Grants Office Higher Education Conference 22 May 2012

What is FIPSE? Founded in 1972, FIPSE is the Fund for the Improvement of Postsecondary Education. Funding higher education projects that are new, different, and transformative, i.e. innovative and maybe experimental.
