Treasurers Report A task that often goes unnoticed to the general public but the roles of the Treasurer and the Secretary of Cawston Grange PTA are pivotal to the success of this charitable organisation. At this point I wish to personally extend my thanks to Debbie Wolsey and Amy O’Neill who have worked tirelessly over the year to ensure accounting and administration responsibilities have been fulfilled. Debbie has prepared a financial support which accompanies the AGM report for your perusal. Please feel free to ask any questions about the financial management of the PTA.

What next? At every AGM the current committee ‘stand down’ as required by the constitution and those seeking to be re elected for posts seek nomination alongside any new members who wish to have an active role in the work of the PTA. In addition we are always seeking support from individuals who are happy to give just a little of their time. If you feel you are able to help on an ad hoc basis please leave your details with us this evening so we can add you to our communication distribution list. Before this process takes place today I as the current chair would like to thank all committee members, staff, pupils and families of Cawston Grange Primary School for their support this year. It has been a pleasure to fulfil this role particularly in the year that Cawston Grange Primary School celebrated its 10 th Birthday. As a member of The Friends of Cawston Grange PTA since 2003 I feel truly privileged to have been involved in such a wide range of exciting, mad and fabulous fundraising events. With Thanks Sharina Forbes
