MCSAC Subcommittee Task Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration Form a subcommittee comprised of at least: 1 member from the U.S. motor carrier industry 1 member from the safety advocates community 1 member from the law enforcement 1 member from remaining MCSAC membership Invite the DGAF Administrator to participate in a non- voting, advisory capacity

MCSAC Subcommittee Task – Assess the safety record of participating carriers Advise FMCSA concerning designated tasks related to the program Issue a final report addressing if FMCSA conducted the program consistent with the Federal Register notices 5 Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration
