Eating Fruit By: Nailah Doumbouya Put a Photograph Here

Fruits are good for you. All fruits are good but my favorite fruit is mango.

Eat fruits because berries protect your heart and fruit give us water. It’s important to have fruits because you need water everyday.

Whole fruits give us fiber. So instead of frozen fruits pick them from your garden or buy fresh fruits.

Oranges have vitamin C that helps fight colds. So when you are sick make sure to eat fruits.

I believe berries are good because they protect our heart.

Don’t you see why you should eat fruit?
