Today I am going to talk about a book called ‘The Lake Monster’ written by Geronimo Stilton.

It was a warm spring morning. Geromino was feeding his little fish when the telephone rang. It was his grandfather who told him to turn on the T.V.

 The doorbell rang. It was his nephew Benjamin and his friend Bugsy Wagsy.  They went on the sofa and turned on the TV.  On the TV there was Geronimo’s enemy, Sally Ratmausen talking about the ‘Lake Monster’.

 The phone rang again. It was grandfather again.  He told Geronimo that they had to go to the Lake.  The phone rang once more. It was Petunia Pretty Paws. She told him that there was no time to lose because they were all going to the Lake.
