Cut $10 million in June; identifying another $15 million in reductions Reduced summer session by 25% 4/10 work week for utility savings Reduction in force impacting 140 positions Continued hiring freeze Eliminated PT short-term positions Negotiate savings in health/welfare benefits Parking fee for all employees Increased health and parking fees for students Facility-use fees Eliminated more than 400 course offerings
