John Wiesman, DrPH, MPH Secretary of Health “As you know, the biennial budget will be set during next year’s legislative session. In preparation the Office of Financial Management (OFM) sent budget instructions to state agencies on Friday, June 13. At this point, OFM has asked state agencies to show how we would reduce our state general fund (GF-S) dollars by 15%. GF-S dollars make up about 11% of our budget, or about $120 million dollars in the biennium.”
