Executive Force Preservation Board EFPB Task MARFORS/MCCDC (TECOM): This EFPB directs commands to establish and conduct Force Preservation Councils at the O5 command level on a monthly basis for the active component and no less that semi-annually for the reserve component. –Clear, formal process to elevate at-risk Marines and Sailors for command attention… –…facilitate and force meaningful interaction between junior and senior Marines across the spectrum of leadership… 2
