Beauty Maker : SWOT Strengths: effective results beautiful bottle attractive color of our drinks.

Weaknesses it’s almost for female to drink so the customer groups are somehow limited

Opportunities We can not only sell the product for female but also for male and the old people and children to increase the customer groups.

Threats too many competitors like 玫瑰四物飲, Q10 飲品

Products: Our product is a kind of drink which makes you beautiful Price: Our product is about NT50 Place: Convenience Stores, Medical Stores such as Watsons and Cosmed, super markets. Promotion: We’ll have 30% off during the first month, and we’ll prepare beautiful bags for the customers to use if the buy six bottles of our product one time.

Market Segment Women are a particularly interesting target for our beauty maker, especially who want to be more beautiful.
