1.The country with the highest literacy rate is Canada, us, Japan, Australia and the UK. I think the reason is because these countries have better education. Also if you looked at the doctors for the countries there are more doctors if there is a high literacy rate. 2.India has the smallest literacy rate on the graph. I think this because there are not a lot of schools or a good education. 3.the fifth and 6 th country are the uk and India. UK is a developed country it has 99% literacy rate. India is developing country it has a 60% literacy rate. 4. the 7 th and 8 th countries are Egypt and Mexico. Egypt is developing it has a low literacy rate of 70% Mexico I think is still developing it has a average of about 85% 5. Canada stands out on the chart because it has a 99% literacy rate.
