 Adding hyperlinks in the presentation allows you to expand your presentation without making the file too large....     Hyperlinks are active in slideshow mode, but not in edit mode 8

 When building a PPT presentation, main points should be listed, not too many details. ◦ While making presentation, the audience shouldn’t feel like they are being “read to”...list the main ideas then take your time to engage people and explain your background information  Don’t crowd the page – too much information one page can be overwhelming. 9
