 Infectious mononucleosis (mono) is often called the kissing disease. A disease that is transmitted through saliva. What is Mono?

Mono can be spread by  Kissing  Through cough or sneeze  Sharing a glass or food with someone who has mono Causes

 Fatigue  Sore throat Fever  Swollen lymph nodes in your neck and armpits  Swollen tonsils  Headache  Skin rash  Swollen spleen Symptoms

 Do not kiss or share dishes or eating utensils with someone who has mono. Don't donate blood if you have mono. It is possible that the Epstein-Barr virus can be spread through blood. Prevention
