Purpose: To indicate the primary goals of SEHS Outcome: Refine our SEHS Vision and Mission. SETTING THE CONTEXT

WHERE ARE WE? WHAT ARE WE DOING? I. School Profile WHO ARE WE? II. Progress Report WHAT HAVE WE DONE? III. Progress Report HAVE WE MET OUR GOALS? IV. Self-Study WHAT ARE WE DOING NOW? TO WHAT EXTENT ARE WE DOING IT? V. Action-Plan WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO ABOUT IT? ✔ SELF-STUDY PROCESS

HOW ARE WE GETTING THERE? LEADERSHIP TEAM: Creates and Manages the Process LEAD Teachers, Department Chairs, WASC Coordinators, WASC PD Team, Administrators HOME GROUPS: These homogenous groups Generate and Analyze Data GROUPS INCLUDE: Departments, OOC, classified staff, parent group, and student leaders. FOCUS GROUPS: These heterogeneous groups Analyze Home Group Analysis GROUPS Consist of: Multi-subject teachers, parents, administrators, OOC, students, and classified staff. SELF-STUDY CYCLE
