Bureaucratic structures These structures have a certain degree of standardization. When the organizations grow complex and large, bureaucratic structures are required for management. These structures are quite suitable for tall organizations.

Post-bureaucratic Structures The organizations that follow post-bureaucratic structures still inherit the strict hierarchies, but open to more modern ideas and methodologies. They follow techniques such as total quality management (TQM), culture management, etc.

Total Quality Management (TQM) is a comprehensive and structured approach to organizational management that seeks to improve the quality of products and services through ongoing refinements in response to continuous feedback.

Culture management Culture management is a technique of such companies who results on basis of quality.such companies works on the market culture as well as the culture which is adopted by people in marketing level and proceed towards higher rank in organizational level and market level
