How much physical activity do you need every day ? Youth from 5 to 17 years old should do at least one hour of moderate to high intensity physical activities every day. But more is even better ! minutes

Decide what you want to do… Swimming, skating, running, walking, snowboarding and playing in the snow. Walk, bike or skateboard to school, to the park, to a friend ’ s house... Play a sport such as basketball, hockey, soccer, martial arts, tennis, golf, skiing,etc. Join a sport’s team!
